Hello everyone! Happy fall!
A little peek at autumn down here in southwestern Colorado:

To me, fall is easily the most whimsical time of year. I’ve caught myself literally skipping, smiling fondly at trees, and I’ve even said Behold! unironically twice this week. Whimsy baby. Once you surrender to it, there’s nothing like it.
I’ve eluded to it in previous letters, but I often take inspiration from literary characters, kids movies, or other less obvious sources of style inspiration when I’m getting dressed. And when I’m feeling extra whimsical, I find myself doing this even more. So today I have a silly little letter for you— similar to last winter’s Cozy Letter—
—about some whimsical fall things, crafts, and what to do/watch/and make in this fleeting, ephemeral, closer-to-the-veil, magic season we find ourselves in. Behold! (That makes 3)
To make this extra playful, I’ve broken down these autumnal things to into some fall characters for you to channel.
